For the sake of our Chinese base where green means negative & read positive . “Green” Stocks is the colloquial for Eco-friendly or Environmentally Conscious.

The ongoing debate & concerns with climate change and environmental protections are currently prevelant concepts at the forefront of many political agendas, while, more investors turn their attention towards “green” (Eco-friendly) stocks to support sustainable companies as well as locate opportunities to monetize and make some profits under the same breathe has gain traction.
Green stocks, are sticks pertaining to companies that are primarily focused on the production &/ development of environmentally sustainable products, services, etc or involved in sustainable energy/ Solar/Water/Wind/ Non-Fossil production.

This could be broad including everything from solar panel manufacturers, to electric vehicle producers, to sustainable agriculture companies.
